Layer 1 & 3
- ½ cup fresh blue berries
- 1 cup mixed Guava & Litchi juice
- 1 teaspoon blue berries into each mould

- ¼ cup peeled & sliced Litchis
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 cup Ceres Litchi Juice
- 2 tablespoons ground coconut

Layer 1 & 3
- Add 1 teaspoon fresh blueberries into each mould.
- Mix 1 cup mixed guava & Litchi juice.
- Cover blueberries with mixed juice.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
Directions
Layer 2 & 4
- Pour 2 tablespoons ground coconut, 1 cup Ceres Litchi Juice, ½ coconut milk into bowl. Mix well.
- Place 1 teaspoon sliced Litchi into each mould.
- Cover with Coconut Litchi Juice.
- Freeze for 2 hours.
- Add sticks and repeat for layers 3 & 4.
- To serve, dip the mould in hot water and unmould.
