Ingredients

Layer 1 & 3

  • ½ cup fresh blue berries
  • 1 cup mixed Guava & Litchi juice
  • 1 teaspoon blue berries into each mould

Layer 2 & 4

  • ¼ cup peeled & sliced Litchis
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup Ceres Litchi Juice
  • 2 tablespoons ground coconut

Directions

Layer 1 & 3

  1. Add 1 teaspoon fresh blueberries into each mould.
  2. Mix 1 cup mixed guava & Litchi juice.
  3. Cover blueberries with mixed juice.
  4. Freeze for 2 hours.

Layer 2 & 4

  1. Pour 2 tablespoons ground coconut, 1 cup Ceres Litchi Juice, ½ coconut milk into bowl. Mix well.
  2. Place 1 teaspoon sliced Litchi into each mould.
  3. Cover with Coconut Litchi Juice.
  4. Freeze for 2 hours.
  5. Add sticks and repeat for layers 3 & 4.
  6. To serve, dip the mould in hot water and unmould.
