  • ½ cup(150ml) Ceres Passion Fruit Juice
  • ½ cup (150ml) Ceres Pear Juice
  • 4 cup (200g)frozen mixed berries
  • 1/3 cup (50g)beetroot, cooked and peeled
  • 1tsp (5ml)honey, optional•1tsp (5ml)fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • ¾ cups (150g)plain Greek-style yoghurt


  1. Place the Ceres Juicesinto a jug blender with the beetroot and ginger and blend until combined.
  2. Add the frozen mixed berries and blend again.
  3. Add the honey, if desired, and the yoghurt and briefly blend until just combined.
