- 4 Ceres 100% fruit juice
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 tablespoons Gelatine
- Pour 1½ cups Ceres 100% Fruit Juice into pot.
- Add 6 tablespoons gelatin. Allow to settle, set aside.
- In a separate pot, boil 2½ cups Ceres fruit juice.
- Pour boiling juice into gelatine mixture. Stir until dissolved.
- Add 3 cups sugar. Stir until dissolved.
- Boil for 25 minutes. Stir constantly.
- Pour mixture into mold. Chill for 4 hours.
- Remove from mold and roll in sugar.
- Dry overnight and serve.
