Any Ceres 100% Fruit Juice, gelatin and sugar, boiled, set in a mold and rolled in sugar: fruit candies from just three ingredients.
Instructions
- 1. Pour 1½ cups Ceres 100% Fruit Juice into the pot.
- 2. Add 6 tablespoons of gelatin. Allow to settle, set aside.
- 3. In a separate pot, boil 2½ cups of Ceres fruit juice.
- 4. Pour boiling juice into the gelatine mixture. Stir until dissolved.
- 5. Add 3 cups sugar. Stir until dissolved.
- 6. Boil for 25 minutes. Stir constantly.
- 7. Pour the mixture into the mold. Chill for 4 hours.
- 8. Remove from mold and roll in sugar.
- 9. Dry overnight and serve.
